Netmarble is preparing to bring Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE to a wider audience, with the action RPG officially scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 3, 2026. The console release marks another milestone for the video game adaptation of the popular Korean franchise, following its initial debut on PC through Steam and Xbox PC in November 2025. Players on both console platforms will soon have the opportunity to experience the adventures inspired by the original webtoon.

Unlike the earlier Solo Leveling: ARISE, which launched on Android, iOS, and Windows in May 2024, ARISE OVERDRIVE offers a separate action RPG experience built around the original storyline. The game also supports cooperative gameplay for up to four players, allowing fans to explore its combat-focused universe together. This multiplayer component expands the ways players can engage with the world of Solo Leveling, a franchise widely recognized for its powerful hunters, dangerous dungeons, and supernatural battles.

Netmarble is also expanding its involvement with the franchise through another project, Solo Leveling: KARMA, currently in development for PC and mobile devices. Meanwhile, the animated adaptation continues to grow following its successful television debut in January 2024. The second season premiered in January 2025, with Crunchyroll distributing both seasons internationally alongside English dubbed versions. The franchise is also set to receive a new animated feature film, Solo Leveling: Beyond the System, which will continue the storyline beyond the events of Season 2.

Originally written by Chugong, Solo Leveling gained international recognition through its webtoon adaptation illustrated by the late artist DUBU of REDICE STUDIO. The digital comic ran from March 2018 until December 2021, establishing the series as a major name in Korean fantasy entertainment. Its growing presence across animation, publishing, and video games reflects the franchise's continued expansion, with the upcoming console launch offering another opportunity for fans to enter the world of Sung Jinwoo.
