1. Scope and legal framework
This page explains how Manga Afternoon handles personal data, cookies, analytics and advertising choices on manga-afternoon.ma. It is prepared with reference to Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, its implementing Decree No. 2-09-165, and Law No. 31-08 establishing consumer protection measures.
2. Data we may process
Depending on how you use the website, Manga Afternoon may process information you choose to submit through contact or registration forms, including identity and contact details, cosplay registration information and uploaded images. When comments or account-based features are used, account identifiers supplied by the relevant sign-in provider may also be processed.
The website may also process limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service, such as browser information, device characteristics, request metadata and pseudonymised security identifiers. Optional audience measurement or advertising-related information is processed only in accordance with the privacy choices presented to the visitor.
3. Purposes and data minimisation
Personal data is used for the purpose communicated when it is collected, including answering messages, administering registrations, publishing or moderating permitted content, protecting the website, measuring performance where permitted, and operating advertising where enabled. Data should be relevant, proportionate and not excessive in relation to the stated purpose.

Any transfer of personal data abroad will be handled in accordance with Articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08 and the applicable CNDP procedures.

Personal data is kept only for the period necessary for the relevant purpose, legal obligation, dispute handling or security requirement. Manga Afternoon applies organisational and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of Law No. 09-08, data subjects have rights including information, access, rectification and opposition. Where the legal conditions are met, a person may also request the updating, correction, erasure or blocking of data that is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or processed contrary to the law.
