Pokémon Horizons: The Series is preparing to expand its latest storyline with a new trailer dedicated to the Wonder Voyage arc. Released on October 10, 2026, the preview puts the spotlight on the Treasures of Ruin, the four Legendary Pokémon Wo-Chien, Chien-Pao, Ting-Lu and Chi-Yu. The footage shows the group following their release from the ancient seals that kept them confined across the Paldea region, suggesting that their arrival will play an important role in the next stage of the adventure.

Alongside the trailer, a new promotional visual has also been revealed for the Wonder Voyage storyline. The appearance of the Treasures of Ruin brings several major creatures introduced in the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games into the anime's ongoing narrative, further strengthening the connection between Pokémon Horizons and the Paldea region.

Pokémon Horizons represents a major evolution for the long-running animated franchise, introducing an entirely new generation of protagonists instead of following the adventures of Ash Ketchum. The series originally premiered in Japan on April 14, 2023 and is produced by OLM, with Saori Den serving as director.

The anime gradually expanded internationally following its Japanese debut. Its English-language release first arrived in the United Kingdom through BBC iPlayer in December 2023, followed by its North American launch on Netflix on March 7, 2024. The second season, Pokémon Horizons: The Search for Laqua, debuted on Netflix on February 7, 2025, while the third season, Pokémon Horizons: Rising Hope, began streaming on January 6, 2026.
