The upcoming anime adaptation of Super Psychic Policeman Chojo has received a second promotional video, offering a fresh look at the series ahead of its Japanese television debut. The new footage also introduces the anime's main musical themes, with Japanese group M!LK performing the opening song "That's! Chojo." Shifuku Poncho will handle the ending theme, titled "Mata Ashita," which translates to "See You Tomorrow."
The series is scheduled to premiere in Japan on October 6 at 11:00 p.m. through Kansai TV, Fuji TV and their affiliated networks. The voice cast will feature Yūsuke Kobayashi as Meguru Chojo, Riko Aono as Nao Ippongi, Maria Naganawa as Robo-kun and Daisuke Ono as Yuki Inukai. Toshiya Miyata, Nobuaki Kanemitsu, Kanna Nakamura, Kazuki Ura and several other performers will also join the production.
Animation is being produced by Arvo Animation, with Junichi Yamamoto serving as director. Hayashi Mori is overseeing the series composition and scripts, while Masakatsu Sasaki is responsible for the character designs. The creative team brings experience from productions including Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion, Sand Land: The Series, Cells at Work! Code Black and 16bit Sensation: Another Layer.
Created by Shun Numa, Super Psychic Policeman Chojo follows Meguru Chojo, a police officer gifted with extraordinary psychic abilities, and his judo specialist partner Nao Ippongi as they patrol the chaotic streets of Chinjuku. The manga originally appeared as a one-shot in Weekly Shonen Jump in April 2023 before becoming a serialized series in February 2024. Its run concluded in June 2025, with Shueisha later publishing the final seventh and eighth collected volumes in September 2025.
