The unsettling world of Silent Hill f is set to grow beyond video games with a new manga centered on one of its most mysterious figures. Famitsu has revealed that a manga inspired by Konami’s horror title is scheduled to begin publication in Weekly Famitsu later in 2026, with Fox Mask taking the spotlight. Rather than simply retelling the events of the game, the project will explore previously unseen elements of the character’s past.

The manga is being developed under the supervision of Silent Hill f writer Ryukishi07, best known for Higurashi: When They Cry, together with Konami. Newcomer artist Ayato will handle the illustrations. The adaptation is planned as a two-part story, with its opening chapter focusing on Fox Mask’s origins and potentially offering fans new context surrounding the character and the disturbing mythology of the game.

Released on September 25, 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, Silent Hill f quickly established itself as a major new chapter for the franchise. Konami reported more than one million physical and digital copies shipped worldwide just one day after launch. The title was developed by NeoBards Entertainment, with Motoi Okamoto serving as producer, Ryukishi07 writing the story, and kera designing its characters and creatures.

This will not be the first manga project connected to the game. Ame Gōkin previously launched another adaptation on Kadokawa’s Young Ace Up platform in April, featuring a new ending written by Ryukishi07. Meanwhile, the Silent Hill franchise will continue expanding with Silent Hill: Townfall, which is scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 5 on September 24, alongside PC versions for Steam and the Epic Games Store.
