At the JujuFes 2024 event in Japan, exciting news was revealed: the "Hidden Inventory/Premature Death" arc of JUJUTSU KAISEN will be adapted into a film, scheduled for 2025. The film will take viewers back to Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto's high school years, before they became the most powerful and most feared sorcerers, respectively. The announcement was accompanied by a teaser image.
In addition to this announcement, an official anime guide will be released on October 4, 2024. This guide will include design materials and staff commentary on the "Hidden Inventory/Premature Death" and "Shibuya Incident" arcs. The release aims to offer fans an in-depth look at the world of JUJUTSU KAISEN while enriching their experience of the series.
Other details were also revealed during the event, including JUJUTSU KAISEN's participation in MBS Anime Fest 2025 and the international expansion of the mobile game "JUJUTSU KAISEN: Phantom Parade".
